Leadership Network Welcomes Richmond Mayor Danny Avula

Warren Whitney welcomed clients, referral partners, and friends of the firm to Willow Oaks Country Club on March 6 for our spring Leadership Network.

The morning included time to catch up over breakfast, make new connections, and hear remarks from Richmond Mayor Danny Avula. Avula took office as Richmond’s 81st mayor on January 1, 2025.

Coming early in his first term, the event gave our guests an opportunity to hear directly from Richmond’s new mayor and spend time with other leaders from across the region.

Warren Whitney created Leadership Network more than 35 years ago as a way to bring together clients, referral partners, business owners, executives, and other friends of the firm. Today, we continue to host the gathering twice each year, pairing meaningful conversation with speakers who offer a closer look at the people, organizations, and issues shaping the Richmond region.

Thank you to Mayor Avula for joining us and to everyone who started their morning with us at Willow Oaks.

We look forward to continuing the conversations and connections at our next Leadership Network.
