Meredith brings over seventeen years of consulting experience, along with a deep background in nonprofit leadership, succession planning, and feasibility analysis. Before joining Warren Whitney, Meredith spent more than 16 years with Bryan & Jordan Consulting, serving as Managing Partner. In this role, she led CEO and senior executive searches, conducted strategic planning and feasibility studies, and provided strategies to strengthen governance. Prior to that, Meredith was a Marketing and Sales Executive with Quebecor Printing, where she developed deep experience in business development, client strategy, and revenue growth. She also managed grantmaking for a charitable trust and built a strong foundation in talent strategy and executive recruiting with Bostonian Personnel and ADS Financial Services Solutions. This combination of consulting, nonprofit leadership, and corporate experience enables Meredith to help clients strengthen governance, align leadership, and position their organizations for long-term success.
