During his tenure, he led system integrations for multiple acquisitions, implemented automated reconciliation processes, and managed cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy.

Early in his career, Matt worked at Circuit City and Marriott International, where he developed a foundation in audit, systems management, and operational finance. He consistently delivers timely financial reporting to support management with decision-making.
