Lacey McCraw is an HR Director at Warren Whitney with over 10 years of human resource and project management experience. Lacey is a certified Human Resource professional with eight years of experience building, enhancing and sustaining the HR function. She partners with leadership to understand and improve Human Resource strategies to strengthen culture, retention, engagement, and talent acquisition. She specializes in developing efficient tools and processes to mitigate HR risks while maximizing organizational and employee processes.

Prior to joining Warren Whitney, Lacey was the HR department of one for a Richmond-based real estate development firm. During her time there, she implemented several new HR systems, improved onboarding procedures, and introduced a new performance management process. Additionally, she partnered with the business owners to lead the firm through its first-ever strategic plan, which promoted growth, addressed gaps in the business model, and leveraged their strengths. Having created a new HR department within a rapidly growing organization, Lacey understands firsthand the challenges that HR practitioners face and is eager to share her expertise with clients.
