Jennifer Meals is a Director of Warren Whitney and brings over 18 years of experience in accounting, finance, and business management. She has practical experience in implementing change to increase efficiency and controls. She can manage a big picture perspective as well as deep dive into the details to ensure accurate reporting. Jennifer primarily works with clients seeking fractional and interim CFO services and enjoys systems integration projects. She performs hands-on accounting, as well as overseeing staff, creating and managing financial reports, and using those financials for effective business management. She brings perspective from working in both the nonprofit and private sectors.

Jennifer began her career as an internal auditor at a Fortune 500 company. She has worked in many industries throughout her career, including manufacturing, services, entertainment, retail, eCommerce, nonprofits, and many others. Her broad scope of experience includes designing and implementing tracking systems for websites, developing reporting systems and processes for accounts receivable, and overseeing the creation of inventory tracking systems.

She joins Warren Whitney after serving as Chief Financial Officer for a national nonprofit headquarters overseeing an $18 million operating budget with 19 legal entities and managing $37 million in pooled investments.   Her role included overseeing accounting staff as well as serving as a liaison to board members. Focused on streamlining operations and processes for positive outcomes, Jennifer is known for her collaborative efforts.
