Eric Wann is a Director with Warren Whitney, working with clients requiring fractional and interim HR services. He brings more than 25 years of human resource experience. He is passionate about developing employee engagement processes to focus on long-term, competitive programs to attract, retain, and engage top talent and achieve cost management. Eric provides a full range of HR consulting services and is a team player who thrives in collaborative environments.

Eric has experience as a Training Manager for a large manufacturing organization and has served in leadership for large nonprofits training volunteers. His industry experience spans manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer products, and nonprofits.

Prior to joining Warren Whitney, Eric assisted multiple organizations as a senior HR consultant, including Hunter Douglas, United Way, and the American Lung Association.
