Deborah Kraussé is a Director at Warren Whitney with 20 years of extensive human resource and project management experience spanning many industries including financial services, health care, hospitality, and retail. She focuses on long-term strategies to attract and retain talent and is passionate about developing employees. She provides a range of HR consulting services and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each organization. She generally serves our clients as fractional HR leader. She brings perspective from working in both the nonprofit and private sectors in addition to being a business owner.

She adds significant value in fractional HR management roles or working on short-term projects.
Prior to joining Warren Whitney, Deborah assisted multiple organizations in a variety of human resources roles, including Bank of America, Truist Bank, Bon Secours, Virginia Department of Social Services, and United States 2020 Richmond Census Bureau. As a previous business owner, Deborah has firsthand knowledge of the challenges business owners face. She is a collaborative partner who achieves strategic initiatives and optimizes performance results.
