Cheron’s career spans leadership roles across financial services, legal, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. Most recently, she served as Director of HR & People Operations at ImpactAssets, where she guided people programs through a critical transition period and oversaw compensation, benefits, and culture initiatives. Prior to that, she was Director of HR & Talent Management at RiverFront Investment Group, where she launched initiatives that transformed recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention while leading diversity and women’s leadership programs. Her earlier leadership roles include serving as Director of HR at Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen and HR Manager at Direct Impressions, where she built programs in benefits, safety, training, and succession planning.

Cheron brings to Warren Whitney a proven ability to design and deliver people strategies that balance business goals with employee well-being. She is passionate about helping organizations evolve by fostering environments where leaders and teams can achieve lasting success.
