He manages a big-picture perspective as well as diving deep into the details to ensure accurate reporting. Neil generally serves Warren Whitney’s clients in the role of fractional CFO/Controller.

Neil comes to Warren Whitney with over 30 years of experience leading finance teams across many industries, including manufacturing, distribution, insurance, and retail. Before joining Warren Whitney, Neil was the Chief Financial Officer/Controller and shareholder for Precision Roll Solutions, a leading provider of precision rolls (or cylinders) used globally by manufacturers. While serving at Precision Roll Solutions, he led the finance, IT, and HR departments through extensive growth, from $16 million and one location to $60 million, with 4 locations in multiple states. Neil developed accounting and budgeting models, transformed the reporting processes, managed banking relationships, renegotiated bank financings, and outsourced the accounts payable function. In addition, he developed and implemented Human Resources policies and renegotiated their insurance policy, resulting in savings of $200,000+ in annual premiums. He also helped oversee the company through two private equity transactions.

Prior to his work at Precision Roll Solutions, Neil was Vice-President/Controller for a $120 million multi-state manufacturer of mattresses and related sleep products. In this position, Neil reduced operating costs by migrating their IT systems, modernizing their communications system, and streamlining and renegotiating their banking relationships and credit facilities. Neil also developed the accounting and Human Resources policies and procedures.

Neil began his career at Deloitte & Touche, a big four accounting, tax, and management consulting firm. Neil spent eight years at the firm, growing his career within the public and private industries. He has a proven track record of process improvements, implementing internal controls, and streamlining operations. His work helps organizations become more profitable and effective, and his broad-reaching experience provides an insightful perspective.
