Lada Lucks is a Director of Warren Whitney with more than 20 years of experience helping companies with financial analysis, budgeting, and policies and procedures. She performs hands-on accounting and is passionate about managing staff and leveraging financials for effective business management. She is efficient, detail-oriented and brings perspective from working in both the nonprofit and private sectors. Before joining Warren Whitney, Lada worked for an IT Consulting firm, supporting the organization during a period of significant change. With departmental resources reduced by 40%, she helped improve efficiencies by streamlining the financial operations to shorten the month-end close timeline. Lada also served as the Finance Officer for a nationally recognized nonprofit, allowing them to secure funding through grants by developing the required financial reports.
Lada has experience working across various industries, including hospitality, retail, pharmaceutical, construction, nonprofit, and technology. She specializes in developing process improvement, automation, policies and procedures, and establishing financial and operational controls.
She started her career in public accounting for small and mid-sized companies. She consistently delivers timely financial reporting to support management with decision-making.
