Tom Prest is a Director of Warren Whitney with more than 25 years of experience in human resources and administration. He focuses on long-term, competitive strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent while achieving cost management. Tom comes to Warren Whitney with 25 years of experience providing human resource and corporate leadership across many industries, including retail, hospitality, and nonprofit organizations. His extensive career includes serving as the Director of Human Resources for a Nationally ranked country club with over 700 staff. As their HR director, he provided strategic and organizational solutions while bringing out the best in his team.

Tom’s prominent career has focused on HR strategies, organizational change management, leadership development, and recruiting. Prior to joining Warren Whitney, Tom assisted multiple organizations as a senior HR Leader, including Family Alliance, HumanKind, Schewel Home and The Country Club of Virginia. He also has worked with Boards to help facilitate collaboration to help strengthen and improve Board-related processes. 

Tom has a proven track record in leading and empowering his team to overcome challenges and accomplish great things.
