She has worked with clients across various industries including energy, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, real estate, higher education, non-profits, government and public services. Anne provides a full range of HR consulting services and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each organization she works with and has also served in fractional HR Generalist/Manager roles for our clients.

Anne assists our clients by providing fractional HR services and supporting HR projects across a variety of functional areas.
Prior to joining Warren Whitney, Anne served as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte within their Government and Public Services practice. Much of Anne’s project work involved working with clients undergoing large-scale organizational change and supporting their efforts by delivering strategic “people”-related solutions including performance management, organization design, training, change management, as well as process development and improvement. She also worked on a few internal projects including standing-up Deloitte’s Government Future of Work practice and maturing the firm’s service offerings aimed at helping government clients reimagine talent management strategies in today’s age of disruption.
Prior to Deloitte, Anne worked in HR at Schneider Electric, a Fortune 500 energy management company with a global workforce of 150,000+ employees. While there, she worked within multiple company locations including both corporate and manufacturing environments and gained valuable exposure to HR functions across the talent lifecycle for hourly, full-time and contract employees.
